The Fund may collect necessary financial resources including loan, grant, donation or gift from the Government of Nepal, Government and non-government organization,
foreign government or organization, international institution or agency in order to operate programme as per the objectives of the Fund.
Provided that, the Fund shall take prior approval of the Government of Nepal before collecting financial resources from a foreign government or an organization, international institution or agency.
